Who is Johnathan Lightfoot?

Johnathan is the founder of TechForce. He has over 17 years of industry experience and has worked in some of the most high-pressure situations imaginable.

Johnathan is a Navy veteran, where he proudly served for nine years as an Operations Specialist. This high-pressure assignment required Johnathan to make critical decisions in seconds or less to help keep his ship out of harm’s way.

After leaving the Navy, Johnathan attended Howard Community College and began working for several high-profile companies as an IT professional.

Johnathan completed IT projects for organizations such as:

  • Norwegian Cruise Lines
  • Hawaiian Telcom
  • U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

In addition to being certified in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint, Johnathan has also worked as an adjunct professor at Howard Community College for over nine years.

He is passionate about sharing his skills and using his experience to helping his students, clients, and peers to unlock their full potential and make the most of the tools they have access to.

Johnathan has conducted effective training for companies of all sizes all over the United States. He has built a large and deep network that he can tap into to help his clients take their companies to the next level.

Johnathan doesn’t believe in problems that can’t be solved. From his business and military experience, Johnathan has seen that the difference between success and failure often comes down your willingness to get your hands dirty.

What sets Johnathan apart from other IT professionals is his willingness to work harder and smarter. He uses the latest technology to automate processes and to validate solutions. But, he also continues to keep working until the job is done, even when automation isn’t an option.
